The first and most important stage before starting construction is soil research. We carry out a full cycle of geological surveys: drilling wells, sampling, laboratory analyses and drawing up a technical report.
-Our work includes:

-Drilling exploratory wells up to 30 m

-Determination of the type, density, humidity, bearing capacity of soils

-Calculation of the groundwater level

-Preparation of an official technical report with conclusions for designers

We conduct engineering and geological surveys to determine the physical and mechanical properties of soils at the construction site. The results of the research form the basis for the design of the pile foundation and allow minimizing risks during construction.

Results: a report with laboratory analyses, geological sections and recommendations.
