🔍 Exploration work (geological exploration of soils)
The first and most important stage before starting construction is soil research. We perform a full cycle of geological surveys: drilling wells, sampling, laboratory analysis, and drafting a technical report.
📐 Project work
Our engineers develop detailed designs of pile foundations, taking into account the results of geology, structure architecture and loading. We use modern software (Plaxis, Lira-SAPR, SCAD) for calculations.
🧪 Pile testing
To ensure that the actual bearing capacity of piles complies with the design calculations, we conduct a set of tests in accordance with the requirements of the DBN.
🛠️ Bored piles Ø300–1500 mm, up to 40 m
This is one of the most reliable methods of pile foundation. We drill large diameter wells with subsequent reinforcement and concreting.
💧 Bored injection piles
This is a pile installation technology by injecting cement mortar into a drilled well under high pressure. A concrete pile is formed with the surrounding soil compacted.
🔨 Driving reinforced concrete piles
We perform the work using our own imported WOLTMAN, JUNTTAN jackhammers with a hydraulic hammer up to 6 tons, jackhammers based on MKG-25 with a diesel hammer up to 3.5 tons)
📥 Pile driving
A silent alternative to driving piles is hydraulically driven piles without shocks or vibrations. Requires preliminary site preparation, but provides high accuracy.
🌀 Leader drilling
This method is used to pre-weave dense or mixed soil layers before driving piles. It also helps to avoid deviations during driving.
